SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
Northeast Urologic Surgery, P.C. accepts referrals from physicians, as well as self-referrals. In order to make an appointment, please call the phone numbers listed above. Our office staff is available Monday - Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm, with the exception of holidays. (Please note that all calls will be forwarded to the North Andover office.) Urgent visits will be scheduled within 48 hours of the initial call with either the physician or physician assistant.
URGENT CARE
If you are experiencing pain or discomfort during the day, please call the office and leave your name and number, a description of the problem and the triage nurse will call you back as soon as she can.
If an emergency occurs after business hours or on the weekend, please call the office and the answering service will contact the Physician On Call. When expecting a call from one of our physicians, please turn off your caller ID and/or private/blocked call.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30 - 4:00
Wednesday 9:10-6:00 pm
Please check with the office for the hours of our Salem or Derry offices. The physicians at Northeast Urologic Surgery, P.C. cover three hospitals and are responsible for emergency room on-call coverage; this means there will be times when your physician may be called urgently to the operating room and it would be necessary for us to reschedule your appointment or delay your appointment.
